These units feature two-bedrooms, one bath, and a full kitchen and are approximately 800 square feet. The units are for married students, students with minor children living with them, students 25 years or older, students who were discharged from the military, or students who have a 3.5 cumulative GPA and are classified as a junior.

Requirements

Traditional Students

  1. Enrolled in 12 or more undergraduate hours for the fall and spring semesters.
  2. Academically qualified as a Junior+ (minimum 60 passed credit hours cumulatively).
  3. Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA

    Non-traditional Students

    1. Enrolled in 12 or more undergraduate hours for the fall and spring semesters.
    2. Married students- Both spouses must live in the unit. At least one student must be enrolled full-time.
    3. Students with full-time custody of children
    4. Students 25+ years old

    Description

    • Two bedrooms: one private and one semi-private (can be used as a private bedroom)
    • Full bathroom
    • Each unit has either wash/dryer hook-ups or central heating and air. You may request one or the other in the accommodations section of the housing application.
    • Two community bathrooms on each floor
    • Centralized lobby with television and internet access
    • Gas, electricity, and wireless internet

    Additional Information

    • Non-traditional students’ housing charges are applied to the lessee’s account at the first of each term, including summer.
    • Each tenant is individually responsible for the care and condition of their room and the unit as a whole. Any damages to it will be split among the tenants. Any and all accidents or incidents should be reported to an RA immediately.
    • Each tenant is required to complete the check-in form each semester.

    • There is NO summer housing in the Annex. All students living on-campus during the summer will live in Holter Hall, with the exception of non-traditional students.

    Residents who fail to abide by OPSU Policies and Procedures will be contacted by either their neighborhood Residential Assistant or a representative of OPSU, depending upon the type of violation. Failure to abide by OPSU Policies and Procedures may result in service disruption, fines, sanctions, contract termination, and/or suspension from the University. The fine amount may increase for each incident.
