In addition, all residents will be charged a $53 housing fee and a $25 laundry fee per semester housing fee, except in Married Student Housing/ Non-Traditional Student Housing, where the fee is incorporated into the monthly rent.
For the housing application to be complete, students must submit a housing application, pay the $20 application fee and pay the $200 housing deposit through the My Online Billing portal. Students must register for classes for the upcoming semester before they can be assigned a room. Room assignments for the fall semester will begin after spring break. Room assignments remain the same for both the fall and spring semesters.

Any changes to meal plans must be requested by the second Friday of the semester. Meal plans cannot be reduced or pro-rated after the second Friday of the semester. A minimum of 10 meals/ week is required for all students living in Holter and Field Halls.
Information & Requirements for Occupancy
Fines
Alcohol and tobacco are prohibited. Possession of alcohol will result in a $250 fine for the first offense. Possession of tobacco products will result in a $150 fine for the first offense. Subsequent violations will result in increased fines and/or disciplinary action.
Controlled substances are prohibited in all our communities. Housing supports drug-free environments to help ensure comfortable, safe, and successful communities. Possession of drugs will result in a $300 fine for the first offense. Subsequent violations will result in increased fines and/or disciplinary action.
Tampering with safety equipment will result in the student(s) being assessed a fine of $500. Subsequent violations will result in increased fines and/or disciplinary action.
