Judge Ronald Kincannon

Judge Ronald Kincannon graduated from Panhandle State in 1970, receiving a degree in Psychology with a minor in Math and Military Science. He had a decorated career in the U.S. Army. Kincannon went on to practice law, and in time was elected to serve as a judge in Cimarron County. He served for 24 years before retiring to spend time with his family. Judge Kincannon was a vital part of the Panhandle Promise at OPSU for our education students.
