Tiffany Murley
Each position comes with a number of responsibilities for Tiffany meaning no two days are quite the same and requiring the utmost of organization and efficiency in the work she does. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, she makes sure all bills are paid in addition to calculating and completing various reports. In the Bursar’s Office, Tiffany is responsible for billing student accounts. She sends out bills, makes payment plans and refunds any overpayment on a student’s bursar account. As an asset manager, she records the cost of newly acquired assets and keeps track of existing assets. Not only does she get the job done, but she is also great to work with completing her tasks with a smile.
A Panhandle State graduate, Tiffany earned a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness with a minor in Agronomy in 2013. Born and raised in Crosby, Texas, Tiffany came to Panhandle State on a Livestock Judging Scholarship. As a student she was not only a member of the Livestock Judging Team, but also involved in the Women in Agriculture organization and she worked as the Assistant Editor of the Plainsman yearbook.
“It is an honor and a privilege to be selected as employee of the semester. I take great pride in working for PSU and there is no other place that I would rather call home.”
Comptroller Liz McMurphy commented, “Tiffany is dependable, a problem solver, and does an excellent job accomplishing her various responsibilities. She is well deserving of this honor and I look forward to seeing her continue to grow and experience success at OPSU.”
In regards to her favorite thing about the University, she added, “The atmosphere is energetic and the people become your family. PSU is a good place to call home.”
Tiffany is joined in Goodwell by her husband Cameron Murley who is the Superintendent at the Oklahoma Panhandle Research and Extension in Goodwell. The couple has an almost two-year-old daughter named Paisley. They enjoy spending free time going to the mountains and the beach. Cameron is also an alumni of Panhandle State and they love raising their family in Goodwell.
