OPSU is affiliated with 4 other schools under the Oklahoma A&M Board of Regents. Purchases over $25,000 will be processed through Oklahoma State University. OPSU also participates in contracts competitively bid through OSU.

Purchases under $25,000 will be processed through Oklahoma Panhandle State University. OPSU participates in contracts competitively bid.
