Aerobic Arena
The Noble Activity Center’s cardiovascular area contains 3 stationary bikes, 3 treadmills, and 4 television to utilize during your workout. Anyone using this equipment must be 12 or older, ages 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Racquetball Courts
Our two regulation size racquetball courts can provide a great workout while still having fun. Courts may be reserved a day in advance through the front desk. Racquets, balls, and goggles are required and can be provided for a $1.00 from the Noble Center Staff.

Weight Training
Enjoy the use of our equipment with the wide variety of machines that are designed for your needs and safety. We also have sets of kettlebells and dumbbells that allow for workouts to be taken to the next level.

Indoor Track
9 laps = 1 mile. The track has three lanes and is designed for running, jogging and walking. Faster runners should use the outside lanes and slower joggers and walkers should use the inside lane.
