OPSU Ranked Top 10 Best College in Oklahoma by U.S. News & World Report

Oklahoma Panhandle State University is ranked as one of the top 10 colleges in Oklahoma, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 Best Colleges List. OPSU is ranked as the No. 6 Best College in Oklahoma, No. 13 in Top Public Schools, and No. 37 in Regional Colleges in the Western Region. These recognitions highlight OPSU’s dedication to its mission of progress through knowledge and the statement: “From here, you can go anywhere.”


“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as one of the top colleges in Oklahoma. This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our faculty, staff, and students, as well as the support we receive from our community,” stated University President Dr. Dinger. “As the fall semester starts and we welcome our new and returning students, I look forward to what this next year will hold.”


With over 120 acres in the Oklahoma Panhandle, OPSU provides students with a serene learning environment. OPSU adheres to a semester-based academic calendar. OPSU stands out for its affordable tuition rates, with both in-state and out-of-state students paying $8,426 for tuition and fees.
