Instructor or Assistant Professor of Agribusiness

Full time position in the Agribusiness Department will begin August 12, 2024. Must be able to teach on-campus. Responsibilities include teaching 12-15 hours per semester (27-30 hours per year) with the possibility of summer teaching assignment(s). Instructional coursework will include agricultural economics, agricultural marketing, quantitative Agri economics, Studies: Research Methodology, money and banking. In addition, assisting with the departmental assessment process, academic mentoring/tutoring, participation in scholarly activities, service to the university, the profession, and the community and fulfilling university responsibilities as needed are requirements of this position. Works collaboratively with the Department Chair or Dean for assigned courses. Promotes student success through development of program learning outcomes and course learning outcomes. Proactive member of the Aggie CARE (Compassion, Accessible, Respect, Empathy) Community. Follows university policies and procedures, the university faculty handbook, and teaching standards set forth by the university. Instructors are evaluated each semester by students through course evaluations and undergo an annual faculty performance review.

Head Baseball Coach

Responsible for all aspects in leading a competitive NAIA Men’s Baseball program and provide the necessary leadership and to plan, organize, and to carry out the objectives of the university athletic program.

Head Shooting Sports Coach

The Shooting Sports Coach is responsible for assisting in the development and overall policy of the assigned division of the OPSU Shooting Sports Program. The Shooting Sports Coach must instruct team members to improve individual shooting skills associated with team practices and activities. The Shooting Sports Coach must care for the overall operation and maintenance of the Shooting Sports facility.

Vice President for Academic Affairs

The Vice President for Academic Affairs will provide academic leadership for the University, faculty, staff and students. This executive is responsible for all academic programs, assessment of student learning and outcomes. The executive will establish and maintain quality student learning experiences and student success. The executive will provide administration and leadership for the areas of Student Life, Residential Life, Faculty Housing.

Speech Communications Adjunct Instructor

This is an on-campus/face-to-face adjunct position. Teaching duties include 3 credit hours per semester in speech communications. The number of courses/hours taught could increase if there is a demand for more sections. Works collaboratively with the Department Chair or Dean for assigned courses. Promotes student success through development of program learning outcomes and course learning outcomes. Proactive member of the Aggie CARE (Compassion, Accessible, Respect, Empathy) Community. Assistant Athletic Trainer

To assist with the supervision and coordination of the University’s overall athletic training program, including, but not limited to: injury prevention, evaluation, management, and treatment of athletic injuries, short-term and long rehabilitation of athletic injuries, with and under the supervision of the Head Athletic Trainer, Team Physician, and other qualified medical personnel.
