Goodwell, Okla. — The Oklahoma Panhandle State University Band and Choir will perform Tuesday, March 6th in Centennial Theatre at 7 p.m. Admission is free and everyone is invited to come enjoy the sounds.
The first half of the concert will feature the Panhandle State Choir and Chamber Singers directed by Dr. Dee Wilkins. They will perform a series of three different hymn settings that hold significance to Dr. and Leisel Wilkins’ son Monson, who was recently diagnosed with leukemia.
For the second half of the program, the Panhandle State Concert Band, under the direction of Charla Lewis, will perform a series of five different space-themed songs centered around a quote by Ellison S.
