Sale Report from the 66th Annual Beef Bull Performance Test

Goodwell, Okla. — The 66th Annual Oklahoma Panhandle State University Performance Tested Bull Sale was held February 19, 2018. Sixty-four bulls brought $177,950.00 for an average of $2780.47. An Angus bull consigned by Phil Light of Turpin, Okla. (#17-1) was the top selling bull at $5,000.00. The bull is a son of Stucky In Sure 4120 and was sold to James R. Floyd of Liberal, Kan. One bull of B&M Angus, Edmond Okla. (#1-1) sold for $4,600.00. This bull was sired by B&M UJpshot 304 and sold to Sloan Farms of Aline, Okla. Another B&M Angus bull (#3-2) sold to Leland Robertson of Buffalo, Okla. for $4,100.00. This bull was also sired by B&M Upshot 304.
